- Chirurgeon - oversees and coordinates first aid/medical support at SCA events or meetings
- Chronicler - responsible for publishing and distributing "The Steppes Letter", which is the monthly baronial newsletter.
- Demo Coordinator - officer in charge of coordinating demonstrations to the public
- Equestrian Marshal - oversees equestrian related activities in the barony
- Exchequer - the treasurer
- Herald - Oakenwald Pursuivant - "M.C." of baronial court, oversees all heraldic related activities in the barony
- Historian - keeps historical records of the barony
- Hospitaler - our first contact with newcomers to the SCA
- Knights Marshal - oversees armored combat related activities in the barony
- Minister of Arts and Sciences - oversees craft guild activities in the barony
- Minister of Children - oversees activites for children in the barony and at baronial events
- QuarterMaster - oversees baronial storage locker, maintains inventory of baronial assets
