You will need to go up University Parkway and stop at the visitor center to get a parking pass for the day. After that, the easiest way to get to where they need to go is to look at the map and see the 2 in yellow on the lower left corner of the map. There is an entrance right off waterview parkway that turns into the parking lot for Phase 2. If you look at the campus map, it is the set of buildings just north fo the Multipurpose Field and just west of the Soccer Fields.

Once you have your parking pass, unless you want to go through a bunch of stop signs, the easiest thing to do would be loop around and go back down University Parkway, turn right, go to Waterview Parkway, turn right, and take the first or second entrance into Phase 2. the clubhouse is directly inside the 2nd entrance.

The party will be from 11am to 11pm. We'll wrap it up probably between 10:15 and 10:30 so that we have enough time to do a cleanup of the area we've been involved in. Please let people know to feel free to bring their shade tents with them so that we can set up some shade to sit under. If anyone wishes to pitch in on the cost of the drinks/cakes/etc, they're more than welcome to do so. They can call me or email me directly about it. :)

We now have the phase 2 club house from 11am to 11pm on Saturday August 2.
We need to make sure counters are wiped down, floors clean, bathrooms cleaned before we go, but knowing the adults that we are and how we police our camp grounds when we leave, I told them that would not be a problem. We can have 100 people max inside the clubhouse.

They've given us the go-ahead to have alcohol, it needs to stay in the club house, but if we are going to take it out by the pool, we were told to make sure that it's in plastic cups so they don't know it's alcohol. :) I told her not to worry, we use generally wooden, metal or ceramic mugs. We have full use of the facilities. :)
